A research institute contacted us to send frozen samples taken from a killer whales in Andøya to a well-known laboratory in San Diego, USA. The samples have a short shelf life and must be frozen all the way to the laboratory. We agree with the customer that we will arrange a box of dry ice that we send to a partner in Harstad, and the customer delivers the samples there to shorten the delivery time. Our partner ensures that it is delivered to EVE airport and forwarded with DHL out of Oslo on the same day. The samples will be delivered in the United States within the time limit.
